1/3 c. margarine or butter
1 T. white vinegar
1/8 t. celery seeds - optional
1/8 t. cayenne pepper - (up to 1/4 t. depending on desired hotness)
1/8 t. garlic salt

This makes enough for about 3 lbs. of wings (about 40-50).
Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan over low heat until the margarine is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
Cook the wings: oven - 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Deep fryer - oil 375 degrees, 15 wings at a time for 12-15 minutes.
After cooking wings, place in a bowl and pour sauce over top. Stir them from bottom to coat thoroughly. Wings can be placed on a baking sheet in the oven for a few minutes to crisp the coating (increase temp to 425 degrees).
