Edna Schaible Obit

Edna Schaible age 64 of Forsyth, MT, formerly of Billings, MT passed away Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the Rosebud Health Care Center in Forsyth, MT.

Edna was born April 13, 1947 in Miles City, MT to Harold G. and Katherine “Katie” (Glenn) Miller. She attended school in Colstrip, MT graduating from Colstrip High School. She continued her education by attending Miles City Community College in Miles City, MT. In 1966 Edna was married to Roger Schaible in Miles City, MT. To this union three children were born. Edna and Roger were later divorced.   Edna worked as a secretary, waitress, placed foreign exchange students and most recently enjoyed working as an Avon sales representative. She enjoyed crocheting, reading and loved spending time with friends.

Edna is survived by her children Michael Allen (Susan) Schaible of Billings, MT, Manda Thomas of Billings, MT and Marcy (Steve) Erickson of North Carolina, her mother Katie Miller of Forsyth, MT, her sister Marian (Michael) Sioux of Lame Deer, MT, 6 grandchildren, 5 grandchildren by marriage, 10 great grandchildren by marriage and 2 nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Harold G Miller.
Viewing will be 10-5 pm Tuesday May 31st in the chapel of Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home of Forsyth. Funeral services will be 11am Wednesday June 1st in the chapel of Stevenson and Sons Funeral Home of Forsyth with a private burial to take place at a later date.
